Tom Wood (Show Production & Event Management 2012) has been back on the road recently, continuing to build his impressive career in live audio engineering with some of the world’s biggest artists. In the earlier months of 2025, he was on tour with Shawn Mendes as Front of House engineer, delivering sound to audiences across major festivals worldwide. Tom mixed Mendes’ standout performance at Lollapalooza India, one of the largest international festivals on the circuit.
As summer arrived, Tom shifted gears and hit the European festival circuit with Falling in Reverse, mixing for impressive crowds in Germany and France. These back-to-back experiences showcase his versatility across genres and his ability to adapt his live mixing skills to both pop and rock audiences on some of the world’s biggest stages.
Beyond these recent highlights, Tom previously toured with Taylor Swift on her 1989 Tour and worked alongside rock legends Journey, further showcasing a dynamic career in live audio. From his beginnings at Metalworks Institute to mixing for international headliners, Tom’s career reflects both the technical expertise and creativity required to succeed in the fast-paced world of live audio.
