What is the MSFAA?
The MSFAA (Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement) lays out your responsibilities and the terms and conditions of accepting and repaying your student loans. It needs to be taken to a designated Canada Post Office.

- Bring the first page only (with your signature) to a designated Canada Post outlet
- Have two pieces of valid identification:
- A Social Insurance Number (SIN) card or government document confirming your SIN
- A government-issued photo ID
- The Canada Post outlet will send your lifetime student loan agreement to the National Student Loans Service Centre on your behalf. *Free Of Charge*
Note: Once your MSFAA is submitted, it’s good for the duration of your full-time studies. You won’t have to submit it again if you apply for OSAP next year.
