In addition to offering theoretical knowledge and practical skills, Metalworks Institute is always working to ensure that graduates are achieving their career goals. Our Career Services personnel are available to provide field-specific counselling and job search assistance.
Networking possibilities are exclusive and unique at Metalworks, where students are surrounded by successful industry professionals every day. Contacts and relationships formed by students while in attendance are invaluable and our Career Services personnel are committed to helping to maximize our students’ access to professional networks. Exciting volunteer opportunities are also reserved for our current students.

Metalworks’ Career Services is a free, easy, and convenient career development resource that’s exclusively available to Metalworks Institute graduates. Here alumni can access a database of industry contacts; our partnerships with some of the industry’s leading organizations allow us to offer Metalworks graduates exclusive employment opportunities. We also encourage all alumni to sign up for our weekly career newsletter in which we feature the top job opportunities of the week.
Our graduates are employed at some of the entertainment industry’s best companies including; Technicolor, Universal Music, OVO, ole, Spotify, Cirque du Soleil, Live Nation, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, AVID, Last Gang Entertainment, The Agency Group, Canadian Music Week, AVW Telav, Metalworks Production Group, and Metalworks Studios.

The Metalworks Institute Alumni & Careers Group, featured on LinkedIn, has been developed exclusively for our graduates. Members of this group are able to network with other Metalworks Institute graduates, faculty and industry employers. Alumni are able to view daily job postings, along with career advice and industry events. Further, alumni are encouraged to explore business ideas with other graduates, share news and discuss employment opportunities.
