Andrew Beg, known professionally as Havens (Music Performance & Technology 2016), has orchestrated a captivating musical journey with his latest album, "Fairy Tales." The creation of this album was a collaborative effort involving an ensemble of Metalworks Institute Alumnus consisting of musicians, producers, and engineers, including Ian Madden (Audio Production & Engineering 2005), Tim Oxford (Audio Production & Engineering 2005), Cassidy Taylor (Music Performance & Technology 2019), Yanni Caldas (Audio Production & Engineering 2017), Colton Maddigan (Professional Sound & Business 2018), and Renée Soucy (Professional Sound & Business 2018).

"Fairy Tales", releasing March 1st, 2024, dives into the intricacies of love, relationships, and heartbreak, with each track offering a unique perspective on these universal themes. The album features a blend of five previously released songs, steadily unveiled over the past few years, along with five brand new compositions.  Havens has grown as an artist over the years resulting in what he considers is about to be his strongest work to date as a songwriter and artist.

The anticipation for "Fairy Tales" culminates in an eagerly awaited album release party, set to take place at the iconic El Mocambo venue on March 22nd, 2024. The event promises an evening of live music, with Cassidy Taylor performing her own set as well as joining Havens on stage to perform their duet "Your Nature," featured on the album.  Local alternative bands Goddess and Linebeck will also grace the stage, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.  Havens will treat the audience to a full performance of the new album, along with a selection of fan favorites.

The album will be available on 180g heavyweight black vinyl LP, deluxe CD gatefold with three bonus tracks, cassette tape, as well as streaming and digital download formats.
