Alumni Update: Muzammal Kharal, Show Production and Event Management
Graduated From: Show Production And Event Management Diploma (2013)
Muzammal Kharal graduated from Metalworks Institute’s Show Production and Event Management Program in 2013. Since having completed the program, Muzammal has been working for various production companies and events throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Some of these companies include the City of Mississauga’s Celebration Square and Meadowvale Theatre, Westbury National Show Systems, and 4th Dimension Technical Productions at Casino Rama, Trump Hotel, and Fallsview Casino.
Muzammal has worked on live audio mixing, lighting operation and stage set-ups/tear-downs for various bands, dance groups, theatre productions and corporate events including American Idol Live, So You Think You Can Dance, Judas Priest, Jon Fogerty, De La Sol, the grand opening of the Streetsville Square, Les Miserables and more! He has operated the fly system for Meadowvale Theater and assisted with set builds and tear downs.
Throughout 2015, Muzammal plans to begin expanding his industry portfolio as he focuses on helping local rap artists within the community to produce and edit music videos for YouTube and social media.
