We recently asked Kyle a few questions about his Metalworks Institute experience:
What was the most helpful aspect of your Metalworks education?
“The most helpful thing I learned from Metalworks is attention to detail. From setting up microphones to edits. Having a good work ethic is one of the most important aspects, in the music industry in my opinion. Also, learning how to network was very important! Talking to teachers and past students helped me a lot in trying to navigate where I want to go in my career.”
Any words of wisdom for current students or your fellow graduates?
“Find a mentor. Find someone who you look up to in whatever field you want to work in. Connect with them and learn as much as you can, while adding value to their work or their studio.”
Is there anything else you would like to add?
“Enjoy your time at Metalworks! Get to know your fellow students and instructors! If anyone ever has any questions please feel free to reach out!”
