Alumni Update: Katrina Galbraith, Professional Sound and Business – Live Production Major

Katrina Galbraith graduated from the Professional Sound and Business- Live Production Major program in 2012. At the graduation ceremony Katrina was awarded the Founder’s Award; this award is presented each year to a student who has made outstanding contributions to the quality of student life and demonstrated balanced life values while maintaining high academic standards. Shortly after graduation Katrina began working for the City of Mississauga as the monitor engineer for Celebration Square and as the Front of House Engineering at Meadowvale Theatre which is also located in Mississauga. In addition to her work within Mississauga, Katrina is also a freelance technician for various production companies across the GTA and is involved in many technical aspects that include; sound, lighting, staging and video.
