Since graduating from Metalworks Institute, Jorge Pineda (Audio Production & Engineering 2012) has made an impressive mark on the Canadian and international music scenes. As one half of the Producer/Artist duo Just Ideas, alongside Josh Polasz, Jorge has helped the duo achieve over 100 million streams across platforms - a testament to their growing influence and innovation in modern music production.
Just Ideas are 3x JUNO Award nominees, recognized for their work with artists like Dom Vallie and Rêve. Beyond the studio, Jorge has performed at major events including Fuego Fuego (with Fito Blanko), Rolling Loud (with Dom Vallie), an El Alfa concert (with Altur Santos), and the NorthSideBenji tour, showcasing his versatility as both a performer and producer.
Jorge and Just Ideas have also teamed up with major brands such as Lexus, the Toronto Raptors, and Red Bull, and were recently featured in JUNOS: A Guide to Latin Music in Canada, Curated by the Experts.
