Event Recap: Student Event, Holiday Breakout – Dec 4, 2011

Students from MISPENT (Metalworks Institute Show Production and Entertainment), a student group, hosted a charity event called ‘Holiday Breakout’.

All proceeds were donated to the Friends of Music Therapy Endowment Fund.

The all ages event, at the Rockpileincluded an evening of band performances and raffles for prizes from sponsors like EMI, The North Shore, Starbucks and Toronto Symphony Orchestra. The evening was hosted by Scott Green, and included five bands (in order of performance): Mike Ursini, The Soundsmiths, The Gentlemen Thieves, On Corinthiansand Good Rats.
