Craig Hunter: Featured Clinician at the first annual MWI International Drum Festival

 

Craig Hunter is a Juno-Award winning musician and teacher living in Hamilton, Ontario. Formerly the drummer of the pop band The Philosopher Kings, he is currently a music teacher at Waterdown District High School in Waterdown, Ontario, where he also directs the school’s award-winning jazz band. On the side, he continues to play the drums as a session musician, and gives private lessons to drum students. Craig Hunter is also on the faculty of the Music Performance & Technology program here at our Institute in Mississauga.

On Saturday, September 22nd, Craig Hunter is offering a FREE drum clinic with Alf Annibalini (one of Canada’s most accomplished recording engineers) for the first annual MWI International Drum Festival. Catch Craig and Alf’s “Recording Drums” clinic on September 22nd at 11:45am and 2:15pm at the legendary Metalworks Studios in Mississauga.
