Metalworks Production Group is announced as the Production Supplier for Bayfest

Metalworks Production Group recently became the official production supplier for Bayfest, one of Canada’s largest outdoor music festivals. The annual event takes place in Sarnia and is a two-week festival that features acclaimed performers in all genres of music.

The Festival was founded in 1999. At the time, it consisted of only one performance, but over the years it has grown and now attracts huge audiences and international tourists. Last year, 75,000 people attended and the event is expected to keep growing.

Metalworks Production Group has big plans for this production. The scope of the project is immense and will require several of our experienced technicians and directors to put their heads together and push the limits of festival staging, audio and lighting.

The Bayfest stage has been set for performers such as KISS, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Motley Crue, Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts and Keith Urban. The festival directors are confident that Metalworks Production Group will provide the necessary innovation in technology and design to support the performances of many great acts to come.

Bayfest is also partnering with Metalworks Institute to offer a Show Production & Event Management scholarship in honour of the festival.
