About Instructor Rich Stone

Rich Stone, an Honors Graduate from the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology, is an Audio Visual Systems Technician and Council Chambers Technical Coordinator for the City of Mississauga. His duties at the city include live sound engineering, show system maintenance, corporate video production and overseeing the technical operation of the City of Mississauga’s Council Chambers, as well as various other audio installations throughout the city.

Rich’s varied resume includes a stint as Operations Manager at Metalworks Institute, where he was responsible for all technical aspects within the school, while also developing and instructing numerous technology-based courses in both the Entertainment Business Management and Audio Production & Engineering Programs. Rich previously worked as a Sound Designer and Music Producer for a successful marketing company, the Vivid Creative Communications in London Ontario.
