Alumni Update: Nick Bertoli, Professional Sound
Graduated From: Professional Sound Diploma (Audio Specialist) (2009)
Professional Sound graduate, Nick Bertoli completed the program in 2009. Nick is working as an operations technician at Mediaco in Toronto. Mediaco provides audio, lighting, video, staging and more for a wide range of events. Nick focuses on making sure that the gear required for each event is prepped and ready to go when needed. Nick also assists out on site as an audio technician for a wide range of events, from corporate to concerts.
Throughout 2013, Nick was given the opportunity to work on tour as the teleprompter operator for John Cleese’s first ever Canadian comedy tour. Cleese is an English actor, comedian, writer and film producer widely recognized for his contribution to Monty Python.
Nick is thrilled that his work with Mediaco gave him the opportunity to work with such a well-respected comedian. He is looking forward to delivering the best results for future clients at Mediaco.
