This process is applicable to all full-time diploma programs with the exception of the five Music Performance & Technology programs. For admission information pertaining to Music Performance & Technology programs, please visit the page dedicated to your major of interest.

1. Complete and submit the on-line application or contact us to request a fax or mail application. You can also complete the application with your Admissions Counsellor in person at Metalworks Institute.
2. An Admissions Counsellor will review your application and will contact you by phone and/or email usually within 24 hours to schedule an academic interview.
3. Your academic interview will usually take about half an hour to complete.
4. Upon completion of your academic interview your Admissions Counsellor will meet with the Academics Department to review your application and interview results.
5. Applicants will be advised as to the status of their application within 1 week following completion of all enrollment requirements.
6. Successful applicants must register within 30 days of acceptance to the school; otherwise their acceptance will be revoked. After a period of 6 months, unsuccessful applicants can re-apply for admission to the school, on a once only basis.
