Situated on the outskirts of the province’s capital, Toronto, our location allows students all the amenities of a large city, but with significantly lower costs of living.
There’s plenty to do and lots to see. The campus is walking distance to Square One, one of the largest shopping malls in Ontario, numerous movie theaters, the Living Arts Centre as well as countless restaurants

You’ll find a variety of different types of housing located in the area. Mississauga’s cost of living is far lower than that which one would find in Toronto and offers an abundance of available space. There are many available properties minutes from the school itself.

Q. How many hours will I be at school each week? Can I work while I attend Metalworks Institute?
A. All of the Programs at Metalworks Institute are full-time. In order to be successful, students must be completely focused and dedicated to their studies. Most programs require between 25 – 30 hours of class time as well as additional time at home to complete assignments and study for tests and exams.
